Our Rental Policies

Rental Rates are based on a one-day rental charge. We typically allow you a day to pick up the equipment, a day to use it and a day to return it all for a one-day rental charge. Special arrangements must be made in advance to keep equipment for longer than a one-day charge. Rental equipment that is returned after the contract date will be assessed a daily late charge.

Reservations should be made in advance to ensure the availability of the equipment and also allow us to have it checked out and packed in time for you to use. A 50% non-refundable deposit (50% of your total order cost) is required at the time you place your order. Cancellation of a reservation will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Payment of Rental Fees should be made at the time of in-store pick-up or be arranged in advance of your delivery.

Cleaning Charges of up to 50% of the normal rental rates will be assessed on all items returned unclean. Dishes, glassware, and flatware must be cleaned and re-packed in original containers and crates. Food pans, serving bowls, and containers must be rinsed well. All linens should be shaken to remove food particles. If the linens are returned in plastic bags please make sure to leave the bag open to prevent soiled linens from mildewing.

Unused Equipment will not be credited on your contract. To maintain our high standard condition of every item we rent, whether you use it or not, we service, inspect, sanitize and wash/iron/bag each linen and piece of equipment we own. This is done every time anything comes back to the store. For this reason we cannot give credit to items that are not used upon rental.

Replacement or Repair Charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by the customer. You are expected to count and check all equipment when received. We try to insure the accuracy of all orders; however, if you should have discrepancy or concern with your order or equipment please call us immediately so we are able to assist you further. You may reach a representative at any time by calling our store number; leave a message and a representative will make note or return your call. Upon signing of the rental contract, you are responsible for the whereabouts, overall safety and complete return of all equipment rented.

Delivery Rates based on the area of town that you are located in and first floor delivery. Please call for these standard rates, which include pick-up. Additional charges will be incurred based on second floor and higher and also if there is an elevator available for use. There is a fee for set-up and take-down of tables and chairs. These arrangements must be made in advance. You will be contacted for your delivery time the week of your event. To avoid additional charges, all equipment must be ready for pick-up when drivers arrive. All tables and chairs must be folded and left under cover.

All prices are subject to change. These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
